7 steps to getting a 2% cash back.  Available on new homes in Georgia!

STEP 1

Search for your new home home using Atlanta's most complete and up-to-date database of new homes available and locate communities that you are interested in.

STEP 2

Before visiting new communities contact us us so we can make the whole process as smooth as possible.

STEP 3

Visit new communities that interest you and tell sales representatives that you were referred to them by Community Reality Center, then register our company as your real estate broker. You can show them our business card or a signed customer acknowledgment form in order to prove that you found this community with our assistance.
Caution! If the onsite sales representatives refuzes to register us as your broker  please do not fill out the registration card and do not let them show you any houses on this builder's site. Contact us imediately so we can make arrangements to have us registered as your broker.

STEP 4

Identify the new home you want to buy.

STEP 5

Review the builder's contract and make sure that no less than 3% of the commission of new home sales price is payable to Community Realty Center at closing. This is very important for receiving your cash back bonus because we need to earn at least 3% of the commission of new home sales price to be able to give you 2% cash back bonus.

STEP 6

Sign the builder's contract and make the required deposits. Please provide the initialed agency exhibit to the sales representative to make it part of the agreement. Then fax or mail a copy of both the signed purchase agreement and the initialed agency exhibit to Community Realty Center. Contact us to confirm that you have a contract, so we will be aware of the closing date.

STEP 7

Close on your new home and get your cash back bonus - 2% of the sales price of the new home right at the closing table (no need to wait).
