How Does Cash Back Program Works

Where does cash back money come from?

A home builder pays a commission to the buyer's broker when a house is sold, which is typically 3% of the new home sales price. The commission is built into the price and does not affect the sales price of the new home. Having a buyer's agent allows you access to additional information about costs and the market that not only does not increase the price, but may actually save you money.

GA Real Estate Law allows brokers to pay back some percent of the commission to their clients and customers, so Community Realty Center pays you back one or two percent of the new home sales price (depending on the service level you prefer to have), just because you granted us an opportunity to serve you in real estate transaction.

Real Estate Myth

"It is commonly believed that you, as the buyer, will receive a better deal if you come without an agent because the builder will save money on the real estate commission. This statement is incorrect and you could end up paying significantly more if you are unaware of the market."
